Quality Assurance Program Description

NEANY Inc. documents, implements and maintains a quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. This system:

• Determines processes needed for the quality management system and has provided the proper application of these processes throughout its organization;
• Defines the sequence and interactions of these processes;
• Determines criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective;
• Ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and the monitoring of these processes; and
• Implements actions necessary to achieve planned results and the continual improvement of these processes.

Included within the defined quality management system is a hierarchy of its essential elements:

• The NEANY Quality Manual, quality policy and quality objectives;
• Documented procedures as required by the international standard;
• Documented work instructions;
• Other documents necessary for the effective planning, operation, and control of its processes;
• Quality records required by the international standard; and
• Documentation and Records required by local, state, and federal regulatory bodies
