Electrical Engineer


Education: bachelors or postgraduate degree in an engineering or physics discipline from a school where the specified curriculum was accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

Six years of Engineering experience. At least Three years of the foregoing total experience shall have been in the field of mechanical engineering.

Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Current possession of Secret clearance preferred.

US citizenship required.


As an electronic or electrical engineer, you will be involved with designing, developing and maintaining electrical control systems. Perform feasibility studies for new technology. Complete designs and schematics using computer aided software. Test, install and analyze data of systems. Must possess excellent math and science skills and have the ability to solve complex problems and clearly communicate solutions. Make sure designs adhere to safety guidelines and are able to perform in specified operating environments. Applies electrical engineering principles to research, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, and test aircraft electrical, computer, data networks and associated systems. Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. The incumbent applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
